At this point we hadn't even started FBA, we was out buying courses on SMMA, forex and crypto trading, built our own clothing brand which failed due to lack of capital - but we knew a 9-5 for 40 years and a pension wasn't the way we was going to live.

We found FBA for the first time and incorporated. Within three months, we made £30k profit from Retail Arbitrage driving to every Sainsbury's in the UK picking up hundreds of a single product during a nationwide clearance.

RA wasn't scalable without our golden product anymore - switched it up and moved to wholesale and brand direct with our new capital sum. It was an internal switch, but it meant we didn't have to be physically present to buy products.

After grinding wholesale for 11 months straight, and building it up to £7k profit per month, we completely switched to high-ticket Online Arbitrage. January 2025 marked our record month with £14k profit.

We carried this through all of 2025. By our year end on December 31st, we had accumulated over £200k in gross profit, with December alone being a £35k profit month!.

Throughout 2025 and for the foreseeable future, the business focus has been on automation and systemisation, streamlining everything possible by employing 3PLs and other resources to make operations as easy as possible.
