Privacy policy

This page explains what personal information Prime2Profit collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and what you can do about it. We've kept it as plain as we can.

1. Who we are

Prime2Profit is run by MCL Consulting Partners Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16233248), with its registered office at 2 Empire Way, Burnley, England, BB12 6HA.

We're the "data controller" for the personal information described on this page, which means we decide how it's used and we're responsible for looking after it. If you have any questions, email us at admin@mclfba.com.

2. What we collect

When you apply

The answers you give in our application form. That usually includes your name, email address and phone number, where you're at with Amazon, your goals and the budget you're working with.

When you book a call

Your name, email address, the time you've booked and anything you add to your booking.

On your call

Notes we make about your situation and whether the mentorship is a fit for you. We record calls for training and monitoring purposes.

If you join the mentorship

Your contact details, payment and billing records, your progress through the mentorship, and anything you share in the members' community, including results you choose to post.

When you use this website

Technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and actions like playing a video or booking a call. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technology, explained in section 7.

3. How we use it, and why we're allowed to

UK data protection law says we need a lawful reason ("basis") for each way we use your information. Here's ours:

Where we rely on legitimate interests, it's because you've asked us to consider you for the mentorship or you're already a member, and using your information this way is what you'd reasonably expect. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it to make automated decisions about you.

4. Who we share it with

We only share your information with people and companies who need it to help us run Prime2Profit:

• Our team, such as whoever runs your call.
• Typeform, which runs our application form.
• Calendly and Google, which handle call bookings and calendars.
• YouTube (Google), which hosts the videos on our pages.
• Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this website and counts visits without cookies.
• Discord, where the members' community runs.
• Stripe, which processes payments. We don't see or store your full card details.
• Google (Gmail), which we use to send emails.
• Our professional advisers, such as accountants and solicitors, and authorities where the law requires it.

Each of these providers handles your information under their own privacy policy and their agreement with us.

5. Transfers outside the UK

Some of the providers above are based in, or store data in, the United States or elsewhere outside the UK. When that happens, the transfer is protected by the UK-US data bridge or by contract terms approved for UK transfers, so your information gets the same level of protection.

6. How long we keep it

• Applications that don't go any further: up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Call recordings: up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Members: for as long as you're a member, then up to 6 years afterwards for tax and accounting.
• Website visit data: Cloudflare keeps it for up to 6 months.

7. Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Here's what this website uses:

• Cloudflare Web Analytics: counts page visits so we can see which pages are used. It doesn't use cookies or track you across other websites.
• YouTube: our videos load in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube may set cookies once you press play.
• Typeform and Calendly: may set cookies they need for the form and booking to work.
• Your browser's storage: our booking page remembers your first name, your call time and which videos you've watched, so the page is still right when you come back. This stays on your device, and the call details are forgotten a day after your call.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
• ask us to correct anything that's wrong
• ask us to delete your information
• ask us to limit how we use it, or object to us using it
• ask us to send your information to you or another organisation
• withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent

To use any of these, email admin@mclfba.com. It's free, and we'll reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first, so please get in touch with us before you do.

9. Children

Prime2Profit is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
